I started Roslyn’s Yoga classes on the recommendation of a friend. I was a little nervous about Yoga, as I have historic shoulder, back and joint injuries, which I was keen to avoid setting off. However, the classes have been brilliant. The movements are subtle and occasionally unfamiliar, but they link together with a flow that seems entirely natural and positive. These, combined with consciousness about breathing and posture, have definitely made me more aware about how I exercise, move around, sit, work, and relax.
