Whether you are a seasoned golfer, a dedicated yogi or simply seeking greater balance in everyday life, my classes guide you towards a healthier, more connected way of moving & living.

Led by Roz Small, a passionate instructor, on offer is a range of classes that cater to the unique needs and goals of each student.
If you are a beginner, complete support & guidance is on offer. Feel safe & welcomed as you start your journey to moving better, feeling more flexible, noticing less aches & pains.
From Vinyasa flows to Hatha, Golf & Beyond, Gentle Restorative, Corporate sessions to One on One, each class is thoughtfully crafted to guide students through movement and breath, fostering a sense of mindfulness, feeling supported on
and off the mat.

Greetings and Namaste!
Hi, I am Roz and I’m thrilled to welcome you to the practice of yoga. My background is in Hatha & Vinyasa yoga. I am a nurse and was a midwife for many years. I have always been an active, sporting individual with 2 growing sons & 2 crazy spaniels. My passion is yoga , so let me introduce you as we weave the science of movement with the ancient practice so you & your body can feel the profound benefits too.
No matter where you are on your journey, let yoga have a place.

MONDAY

This class has a focus on strengthening, stretching & toning yoga poses, combined with proper breathing & grounding techniques. Yoga flows will be a little more challenging to take your practice to the next level. Leave feeling refreshed & ready to start your day.

An ideal class for the beginner to familiarise with some basic poses & give confidence in the practice of yoga. This class includes traditional yoga poses, core work, breathing techniques, as well as variations of the poses to suit your body. We work on range of motion, strength, focus & balance. You don’t have to be flexible to start doing yoga. If you don’t have a mat, no problem, some mats & blocks supplied.​

This is a traditional Hatha yoga class where we flow through a sequence of poses to strengthen, stretch & tone, combined with proper breathing & grounding techniques. Each week varies as we explore fun flows. Develop a strong & firm core. Leave feeling calm, grounded & relaxed.​

This is an ideal class for the active individual wishing to explore movement following a sequence of poses inspired by Hatha, whilst connecting the breath as you move. Improve flexibility of the spine & release stiff & achy joints. Build strength & a firm core, explore alignment & increase range of motion. You don’t have to be flexible to start practicing yoga. Modifications of all poses offered to support your practice. Learn to breathe & release. A fun, relaxed class & notice the changes in your given sport off the mat!​

Move through dynamic yoga poses to build strength, stamina & connect breath to movement. Increase flexibility as you flow. Flows will be a little bit more challenging to take your practice to the next level. Use dowels to explore alignment, balance & develop & increase range of motion. Whether it is golf, tennis, kayak, hike or bike, this class will release, lengthen & strengthen.

No matter the age or how stiff, you can begin to practice. Feel better in your own body & notice the changes off the mat! Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Don’t have a mat, no problem, some mats & blocks provided for your use.
